All: Arctic Tele-Viper

Cobra has troops stationed all over the world including some of the most inhospitable places on the planet. Their arctic listening and relay posts are manned by Tele-Vipers who have fallen out of favor with the High Command.

This was one my earliest customs. I didn't like the grey look of the figure so I painted it white, and learned that I hate to paint white. I added some weathering and called it a day.
