If Cobra Vipers are the true backbone of Cobra. Cobra Officers are the brains. While Cobra Commander makes all the big calls and directives for Cobra he allows his officers a level of autonomy not seen in many other military organizations.

Officers are chosen based on their loyalty, tenacity, battlefield experience, and reputation. What most don't know is all Cobra Officers must go through EEL and Snow Serpent training plus a third school of their choice; Alley Viper, Range Viper, Techno-Viper, etc.

They are not to be underestimated.
