Havoc repaint

So the big arctic diorama in Kansas City needed some vehicles. The havoc took center stage in the G.I. Joe the movies opening so it seemed like an obvious choice for the diorama. It took center stage and provided the Joe team with a rallying point.

It is pretty much just a repaint, also a detail paint job over a standard factory Havoc. It spent most of the con half taken apart to simulate damage.
