Ned Wuncler IV grew up with Alexander McCullen. Raised in a wealthy family, he was able to buy himself out of any trouble he found. McCullen stuck with him and soon was the one getting into trouble, but Wuncler's family and money was always there to bail him out. Dubya as he liked to be called on the streets was Alexander's idol and friend. When McCullen learned of his heritage and finally earned a place in The Iron Grenadiers, he decided to pay his friend back with a job he knew he would love.
