The infamous Constrictor is a dangerously unstable HAVOC prototype modified with stealth enhancements that killed many an engineer during development.

I needed to add a ride to The Serpentes. It needed to be a part of the Joe motor pool because, Snake Bite, the Constrictor driver steals it and turns to Cobra. It was rather easy to do, no big modifications just a simple repaint. It could also work as a night force vehicle.
