The Skyboard is commonly just used for fun. It has been known for both GIJoe and Cobra to use these. Though they were primarily meant to be recreational vehicles, battles have been fought while riding a Skyboard. They are fully versatile.

The Skyboard is built in a 3D program and printed on a 3D printer. It can be used with any figure line really. It's designed to fit in with most anything from GI Joe to Star Wars. It was just a fun design project.
