Flatman the self-described "doctor of stuff" and master of the art of Origami-Fu. He is the brains behind the GLA operation, an expert detective with impeccable fashion sense.

Hawk once interviewed Flatman to asses his abilities and decide what role, if any, he could play for the Joe team. He was thanked after the interview and never called again.
