Repaint of GI Joe Tigerhawk

Hasbro gets so close only to fall just a bit short. After seeing pictures of the GI Joe Tigerhawk I knew that Hasbro had goofed and placed a Cobra aircraft into the Joe force. That and I also thought darn that Tigerhawk looks a lot like a next generation Firebat.

So after covering the windows with tape and hitting the body with some red spray paint I had a very nice Firebat mk II without much work on my part. Oh just make sure you take the stickers off before painting the Tigerhawk as most of them can be put right back on. I did not paint the cockpit as it provides a nice contrast to all that red and silver.

Now stop drooling fanboy and start painting on your own Firebat mkII squad to shoot down those Joes.
