This guy was done kind of as a fill in character for the customs I made for the Uncharted No Joe Challenge. I wanted a few guys that I could put in combat situations with the actual customs for the NJC sanctioned dio shot. I liked how a few of them came out, so I kept them.

This is actually the second version of Billy that I've done. The first was made for Kilcarr and used different parts, but achieved the same look. I made it at his request because it's his multiplayer character from Uncharted 3. I left the Cobra logo on there to represent the in-game custom logos you can use, and also because I couldn't bring myself to remove it.
