ALL: Dollar Store Chopper

Based on the Mk 3 FANG, the Mk 3.5 is more a revision to the existing model then a new design with improvements that increase speed, agility, and ease of repair. It also costs only one tenth the price of the Mk 3. The reduction in cost is at the expense of both firepower and armor. The standard Mk 3.5 had no missile system and its armor is paper thin, the logic being if the pilot is exposed then that makes armor somewhat pointless. Officially the new model was brought about to reduce overhead (lowest bidder indeed) but actually the Crimson Twins pushed it through so they could over charge in the official budget and funnel the difference into one of their many slush funds.
