Rise of Cobra may have been a lackluster movie, but the toyline was a Customizer's dream come true, in my opinion. I still try to gobble up Rise of Cobra fodder whenever I can. The idea to try and make Natalya came from that Scarlett Torso being perfect. The rest just came together after that. The sweater is cut from a Star Wars General Dodonna cloak, and the skirt is from a Pirates of the Caribbean figure.
