Action Force is GI Joe's European counterpart. The original 1980's toy line included several repainted GI Joe figures that were turned into different characters. One such character was Stalker, created by Palitoy by repainting Snake Eyes. Confusing? Stalker was part of the SAS sub-line. He is the driver of the Panther, the Action Force version of the VAMP. For my version, I tried to make him different from Snake Eyes as much as possible while at the same time keeping the figure close to its roots. This is a custom that I may revisit in the future.
