In my mind General Hawk is more of an administrator than an infantry man, so although the POC version was cool, I wanted one that looked more like a general and less like a mercenary. I got the SRO Hawk from ChaosX in a trade, hollowed out a General Tomahawk head, and added the legs from an ROC Senior Ranking Officers Grunt. I was unhappy with Hasbro's molded green arms not matching the torso very well, but didn't wanna bother with a repaint. In person the legs look like a much closer match to the torso, but in the pictures the camera flash made me see that they were not so much, so I did a repaint
