All: RoC Neo-Viper

Of the 1 256 854 versions of the Neo-Viper that we got during the Rise of Cobra line, the Crimson one is my favorite. The metallic red really pops off the black and creates something fun. Since I ended up with so many extra regular Neo-Vipers, I thought it would be fun to try to replicate the fun factor in blue, Cobra's traditional color.

Also, it allowed me to experiment with metallic blue at the time and with the Red Laser vs Blue Laser Challenge is on, I renamed this guy the Blue Laser Neo-Viper for the occasion.
