In my quest to collect modern era versions of most figures released during the A Real American Hero days, I have had to make customs to fill several spots. SAW Viper had a brief but very memorable role in the original Marvel comics run. He gunned down several Joe prisoners in cold blood. I always found the original figure's color scheme quite wacky. When I ended up with a spare money bags Destro, I decided to make an updated version of the SAW Viper with better colors. This custom was made in 2011, before SAW Viper was released by the Club.
