Alan "Dutch" Schaefer is the leader of the rescue team in the 1987 movie Predator.

Being a big fan of the 80s actions movies and of course GI Joe, it was only a matter of time for me to introduce the Rescue team into my Joeverse.

Now the Predator team as it is recognized now serves as the primary rescue team of the Joes.
