Captain Falco Heinrich was the most notorious bomber aircraft pilot of the 3rd Reich air fleet. He led numerous wide scale aerial attacks on the Allied forces causing massive destruction, thus earning the name "Mad Bomber". Mad Bomber was one of the first pilots who flew the Junkers Ju 88, a Luftwaffe twin-engine multirole combat aircraft and used it not only as a bomber / dive bomber but also as a night fighter, torpedo bomber, heavy fighter and reconnaissance aircraft. During the later part of WWII, it was his idea to use the Ju 88's as a flying bomb. Mad Bomber was designated to be the test pilot of the Horten 2-29 fighter, the first stealth plane in history but was assassinated by a fellow Nazi officer. His body was never found until in the late 80's, a man named Falco Heinrich resurfaced and led an aerial attack on G.I. Joe PIT. Intelligence report says that he is truly the same person as WWII's Mad Bomber. His body was kept, preserved and resurrected by Cobra bio-engineer Snake Oil.
Wild Weasel considers Mad Bomber as one of his mentors. Mad Bomber's flight and aerial fighting skills are timeless. He quickly learns and adapts to modern aircraft technologies. He enjoys flying the Cobra Rattler because it's armed with plenty of bombs to drop and it reminds him of his Junkers Ju 88.
