Wraith played as a freelance agent for many years before his love of playing both sides finally caught up to him and cost him his head. Little did the world know that he had a contingency in place for that and he had his head revived and placed on a cybernetic body. Realizing the potential in an infiltration AND a combat form, he tapped Justin Hammer to build him a body worthy of going toe to toe with many of the world's greatest heroes. Wraith still plays both sides, but now he's more dangerous than ever.
