After Big Boa showed up in issue 15 and in the Battle Files I knew I needed one for my Joe vs Cobra collection.

A bit of paint and tubing gave me the look I neeed for the head. Rippers arms and torso only required some dark blue paint on the arm wrapping.

Did a bit of painting on the Neo Viper waist to make it fit the color scheme.

The bulk of Black Out legs gave me that big look I was going for and the boots look a lot like wrestlers boots.
