Militia rose up through the ranks of the Cobra Night Stalkers. After retrieving a highly valuable dossier she came tot he attention of Munitia, who was also tasked with retrieving the same documents.

Rather then killing her outright Munitia took the woman as her apprentice, hoping that the rigorous training would be her undoing.

To her credit, Militia not only survived everything that was thrown at her, she took Munitia's place in the Cobra hierarchy upon Munitia's disappearance.

She is even more ruthless and coldblooded then her teacher.
