I can't explain why, but I've always liked Windmill. He was, however, one of the first figures I set about customizing. The first version just had me swapping out those ugly legs for Downtown's. The orange in his boots sort of matched the orange of Windmill. This is my more definitive version.

I realize he looks very similar to Heavy Metal since he's mostly a parts swap, but that doesn't bother me since I no longer have a Mauler and my Heavy Metal actually has his mic so he stays sealed up in storage.

All in all, this custom is one of my favorites, and he looks good co-piloting my Phantom X-19 with good old what's his name.
