I started with just the Zartan figure, whom everyone felt could be Raptor due to the bird. Outside the bird, I didn't really see it.
I started tinkering around with different recipes, and decided to use the Zartan cowl with a bird head made from green stuff. Used the wrapped arms from two different poc Recondo's, and the legs from the comic pack Destro, since they have the claw like feet. Added the claws from a CC figure, with a black wash to match the "dirtiness" of the figure.

I went back and forth with the head.. really I wanted an updated/totally new look and feel for Raptor, but still wanted him to be recognizable as Raptor (which is what PoC essentiallyis doing with all the figures) . Ended up with a Night Adder head, with black wash and some scuffing, and painted the "facemask" on it like the original had.
