This figure was created for Custom Celebration IX' LBC Contest.

I have been meaning to add to my South American Joe and Cobra ranks for a while. When the annual LBC contest came up during Custom Celebration IX, I tried my hand at making an LBC version of the famous white Cobra Mortal. The results are mixed in my opinion. This is one custom that I will be revisiting in the future (I will most likely use paint), but, in the meantime, he suits his purpose.
