Barrel Roll joined the Joe Team to help expand their sniper ranks. Not only is he a crack shot on par with Low Light but he is also the best high altitude sharpshooter on the team, in fact he is the only one.

Able to take shots from up to a mile above the surface of the Earth, Barrel Roll became a vital player in the Joes attempt to protect survivors from the jaws of undead masses. Using his experimental flight pack he was able to thin the numbers of THEM surrounding one of the Joes' strongholds until even his skill wasn't able to stave off the growing numbers of zombies. He watched from above as the gates gave way and did all he could to assist, the whole time hearing orders from his headset to escape.
