Snake Eyes is back from the dead! (For the whole story, check out Robert Sanders and Tommy Arashikage entries) After defeating Crimson Klaw and the Crimson Creepers, Snake Eyes returns to the Joe team and enlisted in a new mission to destabilize Cobra forces in South America. Together with Beach Head, Stalker, Mayday, Grunt, Rock n Roll and Short-Fuze, they lead G.I. Joe Troops across enemy lines as G.I. Joe's Ground Assault Squad. Cobra beware, the Joes won't stop until terrorist threats are completely neutralized all over the world!

Firefly's espionage work has finally paid off, he sent message to Cobra about G.I. Joe's assault operation in South America. New batch of Headhunters and HEAT Vipers were deployed around Cobra stronghold. Wild Weasel patrols the sky and Zartan prepares his Ninja Force.

But G.I. Joe made sure they have covered all fronts to launch an attack. Wild Bill and Airborne led the aerial team, the swamp for Muskrat, the forest terrain for Cross Hair, General Hawk and Duke led another ground assault team with Anti-Venom Task Force Steel Brigade!
