Growing up, my favorite GI Joe character was and still is Outback. I was in Boy Scouts when he came out and when I earned my wilderness survival merit badge I thought I was on the same level. I missed out on him in the 25th line so I made one my self. The head is a cast from AVACS Lab. I took the Joe Colton torso and dremeled off the suspenders and painted it a faded olive green, the white shirt always bugged me. The camo on the pants is my first attempt at tiger stripe. The Joe Trooper Legs are my favorite legs so I Had to have them on my favorite character.
