Right Arm/Chest: Blackout 2003

Left arm: BAT

Waist and thighs: Cobra Commander 2002

Lower right leg: Blowtorch 2002

Basicly this was one the two foreign releases I have always had a thing for. If you notice I kind of did things opposite from the original in order to keep Blackout's arm on the right (the one that does not suffer Neo-Viper stance).

I have no idea why I put SE lower leg on him other than I liked the knife holder. Take note I painted the legging to sort of look like a bandage, I may say that is some type of perminant cybernetic wound.

Lastly, when I painted him I had some clumping occur on the leg and head and arm. I soon decided that this would be a good indicator of age and did nothing about it. I started to add a rust to his somewhat cybernetic parts but then thought better of it.
