Cobra Termites work as a group and act primarily as demolition operatives, but they are also highly trained in ground combat both in urban and jungle areas. Because of their expertise, they are among the well compensated Cobra troopers and are in the officer level in the Cobra ranks.

After the 6 sacrifices have been offered, Dr. Mindbender received the signal to read the Snake Scroll to resurrect the Snake Demon. The Termites were deployed to make sure no Joes will get in the way. The sky turned bloody red and lightning crashed on all directions. A huge whirlpool appeared in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and from the waters surfaced the gigantic three-headed Snake Demon! Trembling at the sight of the creature, Dr. Mindbender continued to read the scroll enchantment to control the Snake Demon but received a psychic attack from the creature and he fell to the ground. The Joe's air and naval fleet bombarded the Snake Demon with missiles but its skin is like made of armor. The Snake Demon retaliated, it blew fire from its mouth and its target was obliterated!
