Saying Cobra Commander is an egotist has always been an understatement. One day, as he was berating his troops for putting too much starch in his trousers, he had an epiphany. He could have the perfect assistant built. As Hotwire pulled it together, he was forced to use materials he had handy. The central CPU is an old BAT and while BATler has been exemplary in his butler duties, strange things have began happening. Couriers bringing packages to Cobra Commander have reportedly been disappearing. Questions have began to arise as to whether or not the BATler did it.
