This was one of the customs I made during Custom Celebration 12.

I think the challenge theme was convention exclusives past. I was totally in the dark, but looked through the provided source pics and came up with making a bad cop as well.

This is Cobra Cop's ride! Lots of little bits and found items went into this build!

I can see it tearing down the interstate in an alternate present controlled by Cobra, or cruising in a quiet little midwestern town.
