Rugrat is the most diminutive Dreadnok to date. Looked down upon all his life, he realized he wasn't at a level where security cameras could detect him, and began his life of crime. He tagged along with the Dreadnoks after they literally picked him up at a bar. Riding around on Road Pig's back, he was declared the one who runs Bartertown and that was enough of an initiation. Now he rides with them all, (albeit in a sidecar,) but he's found a group who accepts him for who he is.
