Pretty basic custom of one of the less prominent Joes, Armadillo. The head and helmet came as a kit from AVACSLAB and I think that bbi head works pretty well for old Philo. In case you were wondering what I was thinking with the chaps, well, the ARAH figure has them. Presumably the lower budget for vehicle drivers meant they didn't get any paint, but they're there. I'd originally gone with red pants and black chaps, but Nova suggested I keep the maroon as the dominant color, and I think he's right. The black chaps just looked way too "heavy".
