I am a fan of the Sunbow and DiC cartoons, so I sometimes need to create figures for cartoon-only characters.

The lack of unique ARAH style heads has always been a problem for me. I had no use for Hannibal, so I cut off some of his hair and it looked good enough for Wong.

Nothing else real fancy here. The Wild Bill body in blue was a no-brainer. The Misha hat is turned around and of course he needed a rope to complete his cowboy persona
