In my Joeverse there has been a global event, as yet unnamed, that has thrown the world into chaos and wasteland. Out of the ashes KOBRA has risen as a global entity. Their thirst for power has driven them to hunt both Joes and Cobra to near extinction.
Grown from DNA samples salvaged from a Cobra lab by the clone of Golobulus. the KOBRA president is little more than a figure head.

My first version of this character always bothered me. This new v2 and v2.5 have really brought the details I wanted to include for my vision of el' presidente'.
