I always liked the Hiss II design but not the color scheme. The original light blue just does not fit the tank or into the Cobra army. Luckily, Cobra Commander agreed and commissioned an arctic version. The Cobra Snow Serpents definitely appreciate being transported in a tank with heat in such harsh elements. The gun barrels being red never made sense to me so had to paint them black. I took the less is more approach with the stickers. Prefer the clean look.
