Waist: Dusty (mission disk)
Upper Legs: Zartan
Lower Legs: Over Kill

I have fond memories of sending away for my hooded Cobra Commander. So I 've always been partial to the hooded version.
Dusty's "skirt" had to be modified slightly to fit inside the Commander's torso.
