This was one of the customs I made during Custom Celebration 12.

The challenge theme was convention exclusives past. I was totally in the dark, but looked through the provided source pics and came up with a sub theme of "super cop" and that led to making a bad cop as well.

I see this guy cruising the streets of Springfield rousting and harassing the honest law abiding townsfolk. he probably was a drednok in his younger days.
