Just when you thought you have seen every Destro, I made a couple casts this year. My rubber mold is degrading so they may be the last of my v1 destro casts.

This was a miscast that the neck/base peg didn't come out. In looking for a "fix" it I decided to just drill a hole and use a peg. Not being perfect I decided to keep it for myself and that's when I got the idea to plate it rose. I have custom Destro's in silver, gold, brass, and now rose. I may go back into it and fix the articulation, but I don't want to change the look of the base figure.

Rose gold has became very popular as of late in the jewelry industry. I'm pretty sure it is just gold with copper in it. All gold jewelry is made of an alloy of gold plus other metals. white gold has more nickel in it so it's "whiter".
