Before the late 90's, before the Internet, I wasn't aware of any foreign G. I. Joe action figures. I wanted to create some of the South American villains. This white version of Cobra Mortal came from Venezuela. And yes, white paint again. I hate painting in white. But, with the airbrush and some light grey primer the result came out pretty good. I used molotov liquid chrome paint for the head. With the addition of the great accessories from MTF it turned out better than I expected.
