Blackout, brother of the G.I.Joes Bombstrike and Barrel Roll is a disgraced Joe turned Cobra. Since the undead began walking and Cobra has been reunited and risen from the ashes of the old he has never been out of range of Cobra Commander. Providing near round the clock protection for the commander from both the undead and any living that might wish the Commander harm.

Now he finds himself part of the Cobra HEAT: Hunt & Eradicate Active Threats. Their mission, hunting down and destroying all active Joe members.
