Head= Switch Gears modified
Rest= Cobra Commander

I always liked the original hooded Cobra Commander. Now, the wave 8 CC blows all other versions of him out of the water, but I still like the hooded version. So, I blended the two. I used Switch Gears because he has the same look in his eyes as the original hooded CC. I wanted a human expression, not the red, beady alien eyes like the wave 1 CC.
