Mix of PoC Cobra Trooper and Cobra Viper parts.

I was given a bunch of fodder figures by a friend of mine, just to see what I could do with them. This is one of those figures. I thought it might be nice if the Cobra Viper got an update to include removable gear and an interchangeable head. I would have liked to make the helmet removable, however I am a huge fan of the vac-metal faceplate on the Cobra Viper, so I went the interchangeable route instead.
