This figure actually began as another character entirely, but as the team became more fleshed out that changed. Unlike the Sgt. Savage from the '95 line, which had a bio strikingly similar to a certain star spangled avenger, I decided to go the route of making him a legacy character and the latest in a line of Sgt. Savages.
Aside from Savage there are plans to include additional Screaming Eagles characters into my Joeverse.
