A gothic figure from a place unknown to man: Darkon is Half-Man, Half Monster and part of the force to destroy Super Joe and the Night Fighters! Darkon is a deadly warrior sent to aid Gor, King of the Terrons. With orange eyes that can see through organic material; a power vest that emits red bolts; and his legendary Lightning Lance; Darkon has proven himself a formidable adversary. He is much more than that though as he is the proud host of remarkable evils no one is completely aware of.

He enjoys violence and torture. He deems everyone about him eventual prey to be hunted, especially those he serves. However, the main object of his depraved desire is a confrontation with Super Joe. Why does Super Joe share his appearance handsome physique? Equally intriguing, why does Gor share a similar green skinned colouration and orange eyes with Darkon's? Are they twisted genetic variants copied from Darkon? It surely could not be the other way around, could it? These unanswered questions have stayed his hand. He cannot fulfill his desire to kill either until his questions of identity are finally answered.
