"GI Joe Special Missions Return to Brazil: Scavenger Hunt!

Intelligence reports warn of a large scale arms deal being carried out deep in the jungles of Brazil between Destro's MARS Corporation and the mysterious operative known only as Abutre Negro, which translates to Black vulture.
Destro's General, Voltar has already been spotted in the region lending credibility to the intelligence reports. General Hawk has scrambled a team to Brazil to stop the arms deal and take down both Voltar and Abutre Negro."

The Black Vulture was released in Brazil as part of the Sky Patrol series. When deciding on villains for this Special Missions Brazil set, I wanted to include one of those great Brazilian exclusives and this guy fit perfectly with my "Scavenger Hunt" story.
In putting the figure together, I wanted to remain as faithful to the original as possible. I was lacking the same waist and arms the original used, and had to improvise.
