Security agents for the Dolosus Corporation, a front for the venerable German Bruderschaft des Eisernen Kreuzes(Brotherhood of The Iron Cross) who as I.R.O.N.(International Robotics Operations Network) used the corporation as front for their activities after the Axis Powers defeat in World War II.

The Sisterhood helped Cobra Commander set up Cobra at the command of the leadership of I.R.O.N. with Baroness Cisarova as their leader. The Sisterhood is even more mysterious than the Crimson Guard and less is known of it's operations as they never operate openly, but work as employees and security for the Dolosus Corporation. They regularly pose as bodyguards and doubles for Baroness Cisarova, and all have an appearance that is similar to hers. Only Destro and his trusted aides at M.A.R.S. know of the Sisterhood's true nature.

Before a Baroness Sisterhood Agent gets the privilege of becoming a double for the Baroness, they are given this very basic black jumpsuit with body armor to wear. Once they graduate, they become special agents with customized uniforms or Ladies/Dame Sister's who are the officers over the junior agents. Dame Sisters wear outfits similar to the true Baroness, and regularly pose as her when they have orders to do so. When Baroness Sisterhood Junior Agents accompany them,they usually wear the uniforms of other types of Cobra soldiers, which all Junior Agents are trained in one the specialist services within Cobra (Eel, Snow Serpent, Crimson Guardsmen, Techno-Viper, Viper Infantry, Medi-Viper, etc..)

(I.R.O.N. is based on the back story of Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles, which claimed that I.R.O.N. helped establish Cobra and was party of the Third Reich in World War II, much like Hydra in the Captain America movies.)
