Bullit serves as the weapon supplier for Big Boss' gang. Saying he is heavily armed is an understatement.

I loved the C.O.P.S. toy line as a kid as they were really just large GI Joes, but I always wanted them to scale with the Joes.

I've included a picture of the vintage figure with the custom to show the inspiration for the custom.
