This particular version of Blizzard is an international figure. He was part of the U.K. Tiger Force and as such, not for sale in the States. It wasn't until I was much older that I even knew he existed. I've always though Blizzard was a crazy choice for a primarily jungle-themed subteam.

To make the figure a little more accurate, I ended up buying a vintage Blizzard helmet and skis. I wanted to get away from the armored boot look, so I spliced the lower legs of a Marauders WWII U.S. Army figure to the upper legs of a regular Marauders trooper. I put some gray details on the boots, knees and vest and finished up with the tiger stripes down the front of the vest.
