I'm sure this is the nostalgia talking, but I really don't mind the '94 Joes so much. I have some fond memories of getting the last few Joes off the pegs. I had kind of come back around to the idea that it was okay to be a nerd and buy toys. I never actually had Blackstar, but I think he was one of the better choices that year. I liked the "Lemon/Lime" colors mixed with black. Very appealing to me.
Ever since I started my Joerauders project, I knew that Blackstar was going to be one of my customs.
The head is, of course, a custom cast part. I painted the visor, vest pouches, and leg armor in Citadel Moot green and painted the head tubes and the center vest silver.
