Cool Breeze appeared in a few of the Marvel comic series' later issues, just as the Joes were getting involved in the country of Benzheen. He ended up dying during the mission. He was never made into an action figure, though. I think he would have made a very cool figure. His visuals were a little scatter-shot. He was a reconnaissance trooper but, for some reason, he wore metallic full arm bracers and carried a sword.
